Blueberry Overnight Oats

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup rolled old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup milk (or unsweetened alternative)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbl sliced almonds
Pinch of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or similar airtight container. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 2 hours.
