INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
1 cup egg whites
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup cooked broccoli florets
1/2 cup diced lean ham (or Canadian bacon)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F. Wipe the inside of a pie dish with a paper towel lightly moistened with oil.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into prepared dish.
Bake 45 minutes, or until center is set.
