It’s now Day 5 of our Clean Eating Challenge. How have you been doing? If you’re among the majority — including members of your own Wellness Committee! — these first few days feel like a false start. It’s very easy to have high expectations. It’s much harder to actually meet them. You may have felt like you were constantly tripping/stumbling/falling flat on your face, but don’t give up! Only the rare few can go from zero to 100 and change habits overnight — cold turkey isn’t for everyone. But you are TRYING and that’s the whole point of this challenge. This month is about adopting a healthier eating lifestyle. It’s not a diet with a timeframe, it’s better habits for LIFE. So cut yourself some slack for those first few days, muster your resolve, and keep at it!
