Hard to believe, but the Clean Eating Challenge has already passed the halfway point! Are you still going strong? Or have the chips and soda been calling more loudly? Don’t get discouraged!! It’s easy to make excuses for our slip-ups — far easier than it is to stand your ground and say “NO!” to the McDonald’s or the ice cream sundae. It’s human nature to resist against something that feels like punishment. That’s why you have to change your perspective. Instead of finding reasons why you should be allowed to eat junkfood, look for the reasons why you shouldn’t. The science can’t be debated. That stuff is BAD FOR YOU. Especially in an office setting, it’s easy to be swayed by herd mentality. Instead of enabling each other to make the wrong choices, let’s enable each other to make the right ones! Renew your commitment and keep going! 🙂
